Following a bench trial on stipulated facts, the defendant, Tsezar Kotlyarevskiy, was convicted of carrying a dangerous weapon (double-edged knife), being an alien in possession of a firearm, and carrying a firearm without a license. On appeal, the sole issue arises from the denial of the defendant's pretrial motion to suppress, among other things, the firearm and the knife seized from him incident to his arrest.
