Following a finding by the trial court that appellant was not an appropriate candidate for deferred entry of judgment (Welf. & Inst.Code, § 790 et seq.), he admitted two charges filed against him in section 602 petitions for possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf.Code, § 11377, subd. (a)) and first degree burglary (Pen.Code, § 459).1
