Michael Briscoe appeals from a judgment in favor of Goodmark Corporation, Richard C. Poe, and Dick Poe Motors, Inc. following a jury trial. On original submission, we dismissed the appeal for want of jurisdiction, but the Supreme Court reversed and remanded for consideration on the merits. See Briscoe v. Goodmark Corporation, Richard C.
