This is an interlocutory appeal from the allowance of the defendant's motion to suppress evidence garnered as a result of three search warrants. Holding that the search of two apartments and a storage facility were unlawful by reason of defective warrants, the motion judge suppressed all of the evidence seized by the police from the three locations.
