This is an employment case, dismissed following a plea to the jurisdiction. In three issues, appellant Linda Smith argues the trial court erroneously dismissed her claims under both the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act and the Texas Whistleblower Act.2 For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
