Defendant Ford Motor Company (FORD) has moved for summary judgment, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 56(b) (docket No. 24), on the grounds that plaintiff cannot put forth a case for defective automobile and restraint system design without the use of expert testimony.
