Johnson County Auto Credit, Inc., (Auto Credit) appeals the district court decision that it failed to prove it had reasonably deemed its collateral or prospect of payment to be significantly impaired and that repossession of David and Rhonda Greens' van was a wrongful taking. Auto Credit also argues the court erred in awarding attorney fees to the Greens based on its finding there were violations of the Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC), K.S.A. 16a...
