Plaintiff has sued for damages as a result of injuries she suffered when she was struck by an unattended vehicle in a parking garage. Defendant DaimlerChrysler argues that plaintiffs claims are barred by the statute of limitations and should be dismissed pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
