In this premises liability case, appellants Mike Schlueter and Entertainment Properties, Inc. appeal from the trial court's judgment for appellee Billie Jean Carey. In five issues, appellants contend that the judgment against Entertainment Properties is void because the trial court never acquired personal jurisdiction over Entertainment Properties and that the judgment against Schlueter is not supported...
