This is an appeal from a judgment granting a no-evidence summary judgment. The facts are these: The Appellant, Mattie Murphy, is the sister of the decedent, Amanda Swanson; Ms. Swanson died in August 1996, at the age of 101; in July 1997, the Appellee, Booker T.
