[¶ 1] In this appeal, the primary issue we must resolve is whether the hearing examiner properly resolved the date of compensable injury. Appellant Keith Iverson was involved in two separate incidents that caused pain in his lower back. After the first incident, he completed all assigned shifts and overtime for several weeks.
