In this appeal from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendant, Martin S. Stillman, the plaintiff, Robert B. Caffery, claims that the trial court improperly determined that his claims were barred by the statute of limitations and that he was collaterally estopped from asserting claims that could have been raised in an allied workers' compensation claim.
