Wayne Walker appeals the trial court's order denying his motion for a change of custody of the parties' minor child from appellee, Lesly Walker Torres, to him. For reversal, Walker argues that because there was a material change in circumstances that warranted a change of custody, the trial court erred in failing to grant him custody of the minor child.
