This appeal is from the Conway County Circuit Court's imposition of a prescriptive easement in favor of appellees Leo Moore and Lewis Moore over land that is owned by appellants River Bar Farms, L.L.C., and Compton Properties in Perry County. Appellants appeal from the trial court's refusal to dismiss this action on the basis of improper venue. We find no error and affirm.
