Ameri-Build Construction, L.C., appellee, and Bayway Services, Inc., appellant, executed a settlement agreement resolving an existing dispute. Bayway withdrew its consent to the agreement, and Ameri-Build filed a motion to sign judgment with the trial court. This is an appeal from a final judgment awarding Ameri-Build $50,000.
