A trial court found appellant, Anthony Leggett, guilty of attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced him to confinement for three years. In two points of error, appellant contends that the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction and that the trial court erred in ruling that, pursuant to Tex.Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 42.12, § 3g (Vernon Supp. 2003), community supervision is not available...
