The surveillance video of May 31, 2001, shows Jimmy Lee Nash, in a Texarkana, Texas, convenience store, standing across the counter from Joanna Christensen, the clerk on duty that night, then brandishing something in his right hand, clambering over the counter, and ordering Christensen to open the cash register drawer.
