This inverse condemnation case is before us a second time, having previously been dismissed for lack of a final order. That deficiency has been remedied, and we now have jurisdiction to decide the case. Appellees Entergy, an electric utility, and West Tree Service, its contractor, cut trees on appellants' land for the purpose of placing a power line.
