When Appellant Cletus Schwana Patterson originally appealed her conviction, we reversed the trial court's judgment on punishment and remanded the case only for a new punishment hearing. See Patterson v. State, 46 S.W.3d 294, 307 (Tex.App.-Fort Worth 2001, no pet.). After her retrial on punishment, a jury sentenced Appellant to eight years' confinement on two counts.
