{¶ 1} On June 29, 2000, defendant-appellant, Dawn Peeler, a nurse, was charged with five counts of illegal processing of drug documents in violation of R.C. 2925.23(A). She was also charged with one count of theft of drugs in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(2), but that charge is not at issue in this appeal.
