Appellant, Newton B. Schwartz, Sr., sued appellees, Kristen Wilson-Woodcox and Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Forest"), seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained when the car Wilson-Woodcox was driving ran into the car driven by Schwartz.
