Wanda F. Cherry and Daniel R. Greene ("Plaintiffs") are the owners of property located on the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Wayne Burroughs ("Burroughs") owned property adjacent to the Plaintiffs' property, but Burroughs' property did not adjoin the parkway...
