Floyd L. Hamrick was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree. Superior Court Judge Larry D. Card sentenced Hamrick to serve 10 years with 4 years suspended. One of Hamrick's special conditions of probation required him "[w]hile incarcerated to successfully complete an approved sexual offender treatment program as directed by the Department of Corrections."
