Opinion by Justice DORSEY (Retired).

Appellant, Nigel Pinnock, without a plea bargain, pleaded guilty to possession of marihuana pursuant to an agreement with the State to work as a confidential informant. After the plea the trial court postponed the punishment hearing, and appellant began work as an informant. The agreement stated that if he abided by the terms of the agreement the State would recommend...
