Opinion by Justice ROSS.

Donald Newman (Mark)1 appeals his jury conviction of theft over $20,000.00 but less than $100,000.00. Mark was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. In four points of error, he contends the evidence was both legally and factually insufficient to support the judgment.
