Opinion by Justice ROSS.

Donald Newman (Mark)1 appeals his jury conviction of theft over $20,000.00 but less than $100,000.00. Mark was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. In four points of error, he contends the evidence was both legally and factually insufficient to support the judgment. For the reasons stated below, we overrule these contentions and affirm the judgment...
