In this appeal, we must decide whether appellants' request for findings of fact and conclusions of law following judicial review of an administrative decision by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) based on agreed stipulations extended the deadline for perfecting appellants' appeal under appellate rule 26.1(a)(4).
