I. INTRODUCTION

This appeal results from a judgment rendered in accordance with the terms of a settlement agreement between the parties. Appellants Glenn and Sally Neasbitt sued Appellee David P. Warren, D.V.M. for money damages resulting from the death of a horse, which was allegedly the result of veterinary medical negligence.
