Cram Roofing Company appeals the trial court's judgment against it in Dennis Parker's libel suit. The case is now before the court on Cram Roofing's motion for rehearing en banc. The motion for rehearing en banc is denied; however, we withdraw our majority en banc opinion and vacate our judgment of August 29, 2003, and substitute the following in their stead.
