Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Brandi Edwards appeals from her conviction by a jury for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The jury assessed punishment at forty years' imprisonment and a $10,000.00 fine.

Edwards contends that the trial court erred by admitting the child's videotaped statement into evidence, that the statute permitting the admission of such evidence is unconstitutional, that the State's experts were improperly...
