This is a consolidated appeal by David Ray, from two cases in which the trial court revoked probation. Both of Ray's underlying cases involved robbery with a firearm, in which he served a four-year term of incarceration and was in the process of serving his two years of probation. On May 30, 2002, Ray entered a no contest plea to a charge of possession of cocaine, reserving his right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress the cocaine...
