The defendant, Dollar General, appeals a judgment in favor of the claimant, Doris Frazier. The workers' compensation judge (WCJ) awarded claimant temporary total disability (TTD) benefits and supplemental earnings benefits (SEB) and ordered defendant to pay the cost of a neurological evaluation. The WCJ also awarded claimant penalties and attorney fees for defendant's failure to pay TTD benefits and the neurologist bill. The claimant filed an answer...
