In this case, the trial court, after a partial hearing, rendered an interim award of joint custody of the children, naming the mother the primary domiciliary parent. The father then contested the custody ruling by claiming irreparable harm caused by the mother's conduct and sought an ex parte order for temporary custody. Upon the trial court's denial of his ex parte order, the father simultaneously sought supervisory review of the trial court's rulings...
