OPINION BY HUDOCK, J.:

¶ 1 This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying in forma pauperis status (IFP status) to Appellant, Norman E. Harry.1 We affirm.

¶ 2 Appellant's wife, Janet Harry, died in Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH or Appellee) on November 4, 1993. For whatever reason, the mortician was not informed of her demise until approximately twenty hours later. Mrs. Harry's body suffered from post-mortem...
