OPINION BY GRACI, J.:

¶ 1 In this appeal we consider whether a Gruber1 analysis is appropriate in an inter-county move. We find that the determination, as to whether a Gruber analysis should be applied, should be left to the discretion of the trial court, and that the trial court properly accomplished the Gruber inquiry in this case. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
