Paula Leanne Moore ("Moore") appeals a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation in favor of her former employer, Ronald J. Miciotto ("Miciotto") denying her claim for disability benefits, medical expenses, penalties and attorney fees. For the following reasons, we affirm.
