OPINION BY Judge SIMPSON.

Victor Parella, representing himself, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County (trial court) that denied his Motion to Stop Act 841 Deductions (motion). Because the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction, we vacate its order.2
