BUCKINGHAM, Judge.

Robert L. Tetrick appeals from a judgment of the Henderson Circuit Court following a jury verdict rejecting his claim for personal injury damages suffered in an automobile accident with Betty J. Frashure. The case of Tuttle v. Perry, Ky., 82 S.W.3d 920 (2002), which was rendered by the Kentucky Supreme Court after the trial of this case, requires us to reverse and remand the case...
