¶ 1. Dexter Tramayne Wells (Wells) was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of Jackson County of aggravated assault and murder. He was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment on the aggravated assault conviction and life imprisonment on the murder conviction. The sentences are concurrent.
