OPINION BY JUDGE FRIEDMAN.

Faulkner Cadillac (Employer) petitions for review of the February 12, 2003, order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) that affirmed the decision of a workers' compensation judge (WCJ) granting the claim petition for specific loss benefits filed by Mark Tinari (Claimant). We affirm.
