¶ 1 Pennsylvania Power and Light Company (PP & L) appeals the trial court's order denying its motion for summary judgment on the plaintiffs' personal injury claims. PP & L asserts statutory immunity based on provisions of the Recreational Use of Land and Water Act (RULWA) that bar liability against owners of unimproved land who open that land without charge for recreational use by members of the public.
