{¶ 1} The appellant in this case, R.W.J., was adjudicated a delinquent child after he attempted to commit arson by starting a fire in a trash can at Roosevelt Middle School. In an entry filed on September 21, 2001, the juvenile court committed R.W.J. to the Ohio Department of Youth Services ("DYS") for a period of six months.
