(Condemnee) appeals from a order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County (trial court) denying its petition to reinstate a condemnation matter terminated for lack of activity pursuant to Chester County Rules of Civil Procedure (C.C.R.C.P.) 249.21 and Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Administration (Pa. R.J.A.) 1901.2
