¶ 1 Timothy Ballard, acting pro se, appeals the March 22, 2002 order denying his petition for post conviction collateral relief, in which he challenged the revocation of his probation and subsequent imposition of a sentence of incarceration. We reverse the order denying post conviction collateral relief, remand to the trial court for a new probation revocation hearing, and direct the trial court to appoint new counsel to represent Appellant...
