¶ 1 This is an appeal pro se from the order entered on November 8, 2001, in the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, which denied Appellant Duan Seay's first petition for collateral relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.
