In 1992, John R. Ver Brycke, III and Barbara Ver Brycke ("the Ver Bryckes"), appellees/cross-appellants, transferred $200,000 to their son, John R. Ver Brycke, IV ("John"), and his then wife, Lisa May Feehley Ver Brycke ("Lisa"), appellant/cross-appellee.
