¶ 1 In these consolidated appeals, the Commonwealth appeals from the judgments of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of York County on February 27, 2002 against appellees, Jose A. Sanchez-Rodriguez (500 MDA 2002),1 Kellis Thomas (570 MDA 2002),2 and David Colon (598 MDA 2002).3 We affirm.
