Appellant-defendant Mary Vasquez appeals the trial court's judgment that granted the State's motion to reconsider an earlier ruling that granted her petition for post-conviction relief. Specifically, Vasquez argues that the trial court was without jurisdiction to consider the State's motion to reconsider because the State was merely attempting to revive an expired appeal.
