Artie McCloud (McCloud) petitions this Court for review of a determination of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying his administrative appeal.

McCloud is serving a sentence of six years for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and kidnapping with an original maximum term expiry of July 18, 2003 ("original sentence"). On March 5, 2001, McCloud was paroled by the Board to a community corrections center...
