Defendant, Joseph Jerome Jr. appeals his conviction and sentence on the habitual offender bill of information.

On April 11, 2001, Jerome was charged with four counts of distribution of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A). He was convicted by a jury on all four counts.
