¶ 1 Plaintiff Margaret Kaufman filed a claim for injuries from a slip and fall accident in front of a commercial building owned by Defendant John E. Campos. After finding Kaufman 50% comparatively negligent, the jury awarded her $8,228.99 in damages, the exact amount of her medical bills.
